How to edit your Knowledge base Headline

In the Knowledge base header component, the headline text is the first thing your customers will see.

We have added a feature where you can directly edit your knowledge base Headline and make it a nice one.

To do this,follow the steps below:

STEP 1

• Go to the Knowledge base page.
• Click on 'Look and Feel'

STEP 2

• Edit your Headline under the 'Headline' setting on the menu on the right.

STEP 3

• Once you are done, make sure to click the 'Apply' button to see your changes in the live preview of your Knowledge base.
